Had a great time sledding with Joe and his team of dogs. I wish that I would have had the time to do the northern lights experience with the dogs. Highly recommend the 1 hour experience with Joe.

A most excellent hour of dogsledding. It was -17 February 2, 2019, and after getting bundled up, Denver and I took off on a sled dog tour. Denver knows her dogs well and she won the Humanitarian award in the Yukon Quest a few years ago. The entire tour was extremely pleasant even in the cold. Standing up on the back for a bit and acting like a musher was exciting! I recommend this tour and you will be in good hands with Denver and her gracious and charming personality.

My dog sledding adventures are guided by a local Alaskan with his / her team of 4-legged family members. They love sharing their stories of adventure and their lifestyle of owning Alaskan Huskies. Thank you for the review.

This was a cold ride. It didn't take me long to realize I should have layered up with more gear that was graciously offered to us. Our guide was Denver. She did a fantastic job. She is very knowledgeable and very passionate about the care of her team of dogs. We learned a lot about mushing and her experiences when in competition.
