Overview

Enjoy a truly Alaskan experience in the famous North Pole Alaska on a 30 minute dog sledding adventure. This ride includes informative commentary from your local guide as you glide through the snow covered forest. You will be seated in the dog sled as the team of Alaskan Huskies whisk you down the trails. Your guide will be standing on the back of the sled driving the team by voice commands. You will have a short stop during your adventure to meet your team of Alaskan Huskies and take pictures. All outer layers of winter clothing are included.

Our guides were friendly, all the staff were helpful, the ride was a blast and I hope to be back for a longer one next year! What a wonderful way to experience an Alaska winter trip - a must do and these folks are the best!

7 days a week, from November through April, I offer multiple length dog sledding excursions: 30 minute, 1 Hour, 2 Hour, and a 4 hour aurora dogsledding adventure. Thank you for the review.

Cassie and Kristin, our guides, were excellent and are very passionate about their beloved dogs. Nice peaceful ride and it will be cherished by our family forever. Rod and his family have an perfected the experience with their open area to get geared up. They provided us with ouster gear as promised and all is in excellent condition. When we come back to Alaska, we will be back at Rods for another adventure!
