Dog Sledding and Mushing Experience in North Pole

Overview

Enjoy a truly Alaskan experience in the famous North Pole Alaska on a 30 minute dog sledding adventure. This ride includes informative commentary from your local guide as you glide through the snow covered forest. You will be seated in the dog sled as the team of Alaskan Huskies whisk you down the trails. Your guide will be standing on the back of the sled driving the team by voice commands. You will have a short stop during your adventure to meet your team of Alaskan Huskies and take pictures. All outer layers of winter clothing are included.

Great experience with Kaycee and her dog team!! We enjoyed our sledding through the woods. The views and look at nature are beautiful. Kaycee’s dogs are well behaved and friendly. Kaycee is a great musher and cares deeply for her dogs. The only issue was when another musher (her husband) and his team were approaching and the dogs got tangled causing the other sled to hit my leg. All is well, just a bruise. Would do it again!!! Enjoyable experience.

This was a great way to spend our day! Our guide Kaycee was friendly and knowledgeable. She really helped us feel comfortable and helped make the most of our 30 min tour. I will definitely be recommending Rods for dog sledding and recommending Kaycee for a musher!
