• Food, beverage, gum chewing and smoking are prohibited during the tour
• Children under 12 are welcome to tour the building but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Dolby Theatre reserves the right to deny admission or remove from the tour anyone who conducts themselves in a manner that disrupts the experience of other patrons
• The Dolby Theatre is an operating facility with a busy performance schedule. Access to certain areas of the theatre is subject to performance schedules
• Please note: tours are subject to availability and may be cancelled due to theatre operations

Tour is a thirty minute walking tour that includes several flights of stairs.
Disabled guests can be easily accommodated, but please advise the theatre at the time of ticket purchase.
Public restrooms are not available inside the theatre. Please utilize facilities outside the theatre on Level 2 prior to beginning the tour.
Guests must remain with the tour group at all times.
Stroller check is required and available inside the theatre.

Attended the Sarah Brightman concert December 15, 2024 with my wife. Sarah’s performance was excellent in every way. But our experience was marred at the end of the show. In order to depart the theater we used the escalators in the Dolby theater and it was a near disaster. There was no crowd control whatsoever and as people existed the elevators they were forced to push their way through the massive crowd at the base of each elevator. Frankly, the experience was scary and could have resulted in serious injury or worse. Dolby needs to take crowd measures to move people off the moving elevators in a safe manner.

Standing on the Oscars stage was a dream come true. This tour may only be 30mins long but it packs a punch. James took us to the VIP area, where the nominees go beforehand. We were then guided into the auditorium where it all happens. James was excellent at sharing his immense knowledge. Being able to look around, where so much Hollywood magic has taken place was wonderful. This is a fantastic tour, which I will definitely do again if I return to LA.
