I give a Three star, just to the Empire State and not the BigBus service, the traffic is horrible in NY as you know, so it takes forever for the tour to circle all Manhattan and uptown, I do not recommend it, you will waste a full day sitting in a Bus. I suggest learn the subway routes and use it instead, way faster. The employees are not professionals at all but Sales people hustle in people to Bus.

First of all.. IF you are going to book this wait until you are in NYC. They are on every corner selling tickets. Second, we went on a rainy day and did not get our moneys worth.., we ended up taking Ubers in between bus stops so we didn’t have to wait or walk several blocks to catch a vERY crowded bus. At one stop… in the pouring rain we were told a bus was not coming by a big bus operator.., we were contemplating calling another Uber and a bus showed up and the big bus operator was like oh, it didn’t show on the app. Save your money and map out the sites yourself and you will be there quicker.
