The Tour Guide was not there at all even during the bus riding time. My father had to figure out everything on their own. The Audio jack of the most of the bus seats were not even working. Such a bad service.

Vraj199210, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, so we are disappointed to hear that your visit with us was anything less than satisfactory. We apologize if you experienced audio issues during your tour. We check our buses daily and will be sure to report this to the engineering team so we can have this looked into. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can have this resolved. Unfortunately however, we do not currently offer tour guides on our daytime tours. The live guide is only available during our Sunset tour, which operates from Thursday-Saturday in the evening. Instead, all of our buses are equipped with pre-recorded commentary available in 5 languages. This can be listened to with the complimentary headphones we provide each guest. We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope you were still able to enjoy the sights.
