We have been studying the dolphin communities in southwest Florida for 16 years. No other tour can provide as thorough an understanding of the local dolphins.

We respect the wildlife.
Coastal dolphins are under increasing pressure from human interaction. On a Dolphin Research Tour, you are part of the solution, not part of the problem.

We engage kids.
Kids are not just along for the ride. We've developed a fun 'citizen-science' activity for children that lets them be a scientist for the day.

We give back.
During each trip we collect sighting data for The Dolphin Study, a non profit working to protect Marco Island's dolphins.

Kent was very knowledgeable when it came to the dolphins’ activities. We spent a great amount of time observing the dolphins. It was so cool and very relaxing!

We learned so much from Kent and Robyn - both were friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was very comfortable and despite the chop, very smooth. This is also a great trip for birding! When back in Marco, will do this again. Highly recommended!

Kent's 15+ years experience and passion for dolphins means you found the best outfit for dolphin tours in the Marco area. He's compiled his own extensive database of the areas dolphins and knows many of them at a glance. He's known by the local wildlife management and they call him if they need help identifying a dolphin in need. His captain Robin has a keen eye to see the dolphins and multiple times put our family in the midst of several groups of dolphins playing and feeding. The dolphins felt so comfortable around the boat that a few swam right up to us and even splashed us as we were looking over the edge at them. Marco Island has many similar guided dolphin tours with many side activities but if your objective is to see the dolphins in the wild, this should be your call.
