This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The actual time in the water was only about an hour but it was worth every minute. Our guides were enthusiastic, friendly and fun! Just a couple of tips, if you get motion sickness take pills ahead of time. They sell oils on the tour but they didn’t do much for me. Also be timely on pick up! They are prompt and do not like to wait for people. Great experience overall!

What a beautiful snorkel tour. The service, door to door, was brilliant and not overly focussed on tipping, which was refreshing. The dolphins were incredible! We were fortunate enough to see 50-60 dolphins! Definitely do the snorkelling, not just the on board viewing.

The Oahu snorkeling cruise was a good experience but somewhat pricey for what you get in return. It takes an hour to get the boat and overall traveling time takes around 3-3.5 hours. We were on the boat for only 2.5 hours rather than 3.5 hours. They, Kalani and Rebecca, offer a photo package and clearly state that they will take a lot of pictures of you and whoever else is in your party. They only took around 10 pictures of my friend and me for the price of 80 dollars! They also took a lot of random pictures that could have been googled instead. Kalani was supposed to take pictures of us underwater and he waited till the last minute to take pictures and rushed us for no reason. In the end, there were only two pictures of us underwater and it could have been anyone because you can't even see it clearly. There were also no pictures of us close to the dolphins or anything like that. The reason we got the photo package was to take pictures within viewing distance of the dolphins. Also, when you purchase the photo package, they give you a wristband saying they’ll only take pictures of people with wristbands but then they took more pictures of people without wristbands than they took of us, who actually paid for the photo package. If you want pictures from the cruise, you should bring your own GoPro because it’s not worth it to get the photo album. With your own camera, you’ll at least be able to get better pictures than what Kalani and Rebecca take for you. They claim to be professional photographers but I think they just got their pictures off of google or something. The cruise was only available in English and Japanese but once they find out that you are not white or Japanese, they immediately give you a different treatment. They would check up on the White and Japanese people and not us. If they were not going to give us equal treatment because of our race, they should label their cruise as for “White and Japanese People only”. Overall, the cruise was an experience but I think they should provide equal treatment and not scam people who are on vacation.

Aloha Alexis, Thank you for taking the time to share this concerning feedback from your experience. We can assure you that it is our policy to welcome all our guests from all around the world with Aloha. We certainly do not give preferential treatment to any guests over any others. We don't see an Alexis Wong in any of our tour records, so we are unable to take the necessary action of checking in with our operations team from the day of your tour. Our photographers aim for at least 10 photos of each group who orders a media package, so it sounds like they actually met the mark. While the photo of a person in the water with a dolphin is of course always a goal, it's a very hard photo to capture in reality. That requires the dolphins being close enough, the water being clear enough, the sun to be shining and more factors that are out of our control. While we hope your photos captured some special moments, we are sorry to hear you only received a couple pictures in the water. We would appreciate if you could reach out to us over email at [email protected] to share the specifics of your booking so we can look into the conditions that day. Kind regards, Allison
