Our group loved this upbeat adventure. The staff was fun and talented. We saw an enormous pod of dolphins, but no sea turtles. Kids enjoyed the paddle boards and water slide. One downside was the bus ride. It was 45 minutes to an hour each way from the hotels in Waikiki to the dock. The AC at the back of the bus didn’t work so it got hot-especially since the trip was overbooked and we had to squeeze extra kids in to make room as too many adults boarded the bus. Luckily, the good time on the boat made up for it.

Aloha! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the time on the boat with our crew. We're happy to report that the air conditioning issue has been resolved as of last week! Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that we just purchased an all-new 45-seater bus. Our new bus has working USB charger ports, a new sound and speaker system and, of course, cool air conditioning. If these points being addressed changes your view of our company, we would appreciate you bumping up your grade of us. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do, and thank you for always helping us improve! Mahalo and safe travels, Dolphins and You

We did the 4/17/19 boat trip. I will share my only real complaint and that’s just so they take care of it. The bus cannot continue to be used without sufficient air conditioning. The crew apologized that the ac was not functioning and those of us seated from the 6th row back were extremely uncomfortable. It’s over an hours drive! Also, outlets are available in each row for your devices, however, they don’t work. Address the problem and don’t make your valuable customers uncomfortable. Having said that I would like to recognize the great crew. They did an excellent job of keeping things going and keeping everyone happy. The boat experience, the amazing gazillion dolphins we saw and the most adorable sea turtle who wanted to hang with us, made for a memorable day! The photographer Rebecca ( I think that was her name) was amazing. She was everywhere catching moments that I didn’t even see her catch! Thanks for some great candid shots of me with my teen daughter! We bought the photo package and I have to say Do It! You will never get these kind of pictures and be able to be in the moment at the same time. You can share up to five people in your photo package so they will all get wrist bands that alert the photographer to snap your picture. Who ever you share with will simply get the USB port and share the photos with you. I had no one to do that with but even paying just on my own the beauty of the photos are well worth it. It rained a little on our trip but the seas were relatively calm. I did opt to pay the $10 for the wetsuit rental and it was well worth it. I’m a Florida girl and the water is way too cold for me. My daughter wanted the rash guard so I bought it and the crew teased her that she could be put to work. She really enjoyed the feeling of camaraderie. It was a fantastic day and despite the uncomfortable ride to the port I would do it again. Amazing experience! Oh, and the lunch was really good too.

Aloha! Though it was most unfortunate that two of our major busses were both having air conditioning issues at once, we're happy to report that this is resolved! Our bus "Hercules" was fixed today. Our bus "Godzilla" is at maintenance as we speak and should be good to go by tomorrow. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that we just purchased an all-new 45-seater bus! Our new bus has working USB charger ports, a new sound and speaker system and, of course, air conditioning for a luxurious ride. If these points being addressed changes your view of our company, we would appreciate you bumping up your grade of us. I have lived on O'ahu my whole life but I have never been on any sort of dolphin tour before but since I had family members visiting Hawai'i for the first time, I thought I'd take them on a dolphin tour, and this was the tour that was recommended to me by a good friend. This tour did NOT disappoint! We saw a very large pod of dolphins swim below and next to us a bunch of times and three turtles, one of which surfaced close to us. There was also quite a bit of tropical fish that we got to see while snorkeling! The snorkel gear and fins rental is included and I paid a small fee to rent a wetsuit that kept me warm in and out of the water- it was worth it. Lunch and a snack was also included and handed out on the way back to pier after the snorkel sessions. Every single member of the staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. I remember Rebecca and Yuji being our tour guides and Mike was the captain of our boat and our crew consisted of Danielle, Tyler, Taira, Yogi, and a couple more wonderful individuals. Toshi from the Dolphins and You office is extremely wonderful and he was the one who assisted me with booking and reconfirming the reservation and I'm very grateful for that! I definitely recommend this tour for visitors and kama'aina alike, basically for anyone who would like to participate in a snorkel activity with a very high chance of seeing dolphins and turtles!
