As predicted - no dolphins. We saw only 2 turtles . It felt as out 4 hours we had such a brief snorkelling and slide riding. For the money we paid and no dolphins we should be compensated by longer time water activity. Team was great, female and male hula dancing was excellent, however.

Absolutely terrible—do not recommend this excursion. We are in Hawaii for 3.5 days and this is my sons’ first trip to Hawaii and I booked this excursion for $1,000 for the 5 of us as the highlight of our trip. I couldn’t be more disappointed. First and foremost—the staff was great…they did their best. The transport there and back and waiting for the boat was long—too long. The boat was WAY overpacked with people. We were crammed in like sardines. There should have been half the people on the boat easily. There was barely a fish to see when snorkeling. Terrible snorkeling location. No turtles or dolphins to swim with —very misleading advertising—this was clearly intentional. Food was beyond terrible—none of us touched it. It was quite frankly an almost wasted day in Hawaii—I would not recommend this excursion to anyone. It was by far the worst excursion I have ever taken—waste of time and money.

Aloha Jennifer, Thank you for acknowledging our hard working crew and giving us your feedback. We are sorry our dolphin tour did not meet your expectations. As we are in the height of the summer season it is not unusual for our afternoon dolphin tour to be busy. We do refrain from filling our boats to full capacity for the comfort of our customers. For a more spacious experience we recommend our morning dolphin tour which also tends to offer clearer conditions. We understand your frustrations with the snorkeling conditions. Our captains strive to provide the best snorkeling experience possible while prioritizing your safety. Unfortunately, the unpredictability of ocean conditions and presence of wildlife lead every snorkel experience to be different. As stated on our website, the NOAA regulations have been in effect for several months, in which all tours have stopped swimming with the spinner dolphins. All of our marketing materials, including the website, have been changed to reflect the change in NOAA regulations. We truly value the feedback you have provided and will take it into consideration as we continue to work on providing each of our guests with a quality experience. Mahalo
