We were able to see dolphins, but they came and went fast. Still, it was a truly amazing moment. I can understand why someone would be upset if they weren't able to see the dolphins, but we were told upfront that it's possible that we may not see them.
The crew was super fun and entertaining. They had a good vibe, I thought. One would not give me a high-five at the end. She left me hanging twice. It was a little embarrassing. I'm sure it was all in good-fun, but that sticks out in my experience which is why I'm giving it a four. Everything was fantastic but one person doesn't give me a high-five and I'm walking back to the bus feeling awkward.
Despite that little thing, it was an amazing time. We had photos taken. Though many were of other families and couples, the photographer captured some really nice ones of my wife and I. I'd do the photos again though. They included some of their best, all-time photos as well as nature and wildlife we saw that day. If you come here with your kids, I'd say have photos done so you can be in the moment and not worry about photos yourself. They do a nice job on that.
The food was pretty good. It's a burger and chips. I could have eaten more but let's get real... we are on the water and people get sick. I thoroughly enjoyed my food after all that time in the water.
I recommend this to everyone!

Mahalo for your 4-Star review! "Don't blink" is great advice. Take in every precious moment with the magnificent dolphins!
Thank you for recommending our tour! Sorry to hear you were left hanging on a high five... We can't be certain whether that was purposeful, but we'll mention this to our guides. We want to make every effort to all of our guests comfortable and happy on the tour. But we're very happy to hear that you enjoyed the crew, the photos and the taro burger lunch!
We'd love to have you back again some day. Aloha!
