Learning interesting facts about the city and places we passed. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and fun! Made the whole experience extra special. All of them are very attentive, will go above and beyond to help in any way.

We purchased a three day pass only to discover that on the first day we could not go where we planned to go because the route was closed. I asked about a refund for that day and was told NO. They did offer to extend it to another day but when you are on vacation that just didn’t fit into our plans. Very disappointed that I bought tickets early only to pay for a day for 5 people that I could not use. Big waste of money.

Loved this ride and it is certainly worth more than we paid. We were shuttled from our hotel to stop 1, then took the trolley around once to decide where we wanted to stop. Our second ride was to Chinatown. On both trips the narrators were excellent and we learned some different facts from each. We felt by the end of the day that we were very knowledgeable about the history of Philadelphia. I would highly recommend this experience.
