The bus tour was fantastic. Sophia the tour guide was very knowledgeable and cheerful. We also got a free shuttle from our hotel since we have to turn our vouchers into tickets we had to start at stop 1t was a great experience.

This tour is the way to go. You will see a ton of sites and not have to worry about driving through traffic or parking. I highly recommend riding the entire ninety minutes and getting a feel for the city and then hopping on and off thereafter. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and entertaining. When hopping off, we never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes before another bus would come by and pick up. We had a great experience!

We got in the Philadelphia bus tour with the brown buses and had a great ride. However, they were partnered with the red bus company and when we got to the end of the tour we had to switch buses to get back to our hotel so we jumped on the red bus. Immediately the entire bus was treated to a screaming argument full of profanities and rude gestures between the bus driver and one of the tour guides (Dave). As we took off down the block, Dave was screaming at the employee working at the stand about the bus driver. Crazy. Completely unprofessional and not family friendly. The brown bus was great!
