Overview

At Defiance Rafting, we expect our guides and their passengers to display perfect paddling form when rafting through the Class III–IV Shoshone Rapids. When they do, which is mostly all the time, we reward their excellence by letting them raft it again. When they don't, we punish them by making them redo it, which, oddly enough, they never seem too upset about.

Great first time white water trip. Only one in our party was brave enough to do the class 3/4 rapids of the shoshone. Awesome first ride with Noah,he made the trip extra exciting. The rest of the family enjoyed the class 2/3 rapids. Definitely use defiance rafting again.

Having done water rafting for the first time, we absolutely loved it. Brad was an excellent guide and loved his company.

So glad we booked this trip! Brad made an effort to make sure we were safe yet not bored and had a good ride. Great personality was a plus too, calm enough to not have us feel any concern for safety even with our 4 year old, but very alert when needed. Thanks Brad! Booking with Heather was great too, we had an issue with groupon but she was very accommodating while we got it sorted. Just a great experience with everyone we came in contact with.
