Great Tour Guide (Ellen) but I wish the company would be upfront in their marketing that if you should have an emergency or need to change the date of your Tour, you are out of luck. Money down the drain- so I won’t fall for this again.

Regarding, our cancellation policy, it is clear at the time of booking. In fact, should someone want to purchase the tickets after reviewing all the information on the tours on the website, right beside where you enter your name and credit card # you can read the policy, so it can't be missed right before you submit your purchase. You were not duped or deceived, it's there to be read but unfortunately life happens and some things are out of our control. We understand this, we had to close for a year due to Covid, which was a significant hit to our small business and guides but it was the right thing to do.
As I stated to you, we are a small seasonal business, we run small group tours of only 14 at a time, when someone books it is guaranteeing them a ticket while preventing others from purchasing them. I know this was a gift and I understand your dog had surgery and I am really sorry about that. It's unfortunate you couldn't find a friend or family member to share the experience with while your husband stayed home to care for dog.
