Hi Wire Brewing

Your expert guide will meet you at Hi-Wire Brewing, where you'll sample award winning beers and hear the story of one of Western North Carolina's fastest growing breweries!

Twin Leaf Brewery

After Catawba, your group will head to Twin Leaf Brewery. At Twin Leaf, you'll get exclusive behind the scenes access to the production area, where you'll learn about the brewing process; from grain to glass. More delicious beer samples will be served, as you hear Twin Leaf's story.

Green Man Brewery

After Twin Leaf, your group will head to Green Man Brewery, one of Asheville's oldest breweries. At Green Man, you'll learn more about Asheville's brewing industry as you sip on some of Green Man's award winning beers!

Our guide Michael Konschnik was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about craft beer and it's history. He was very engaging, got everyone on the tour involved. He has a wonderful spirit.

Highly recommend BREW-ed Tours! Our guide, Michael, was awesome! He took us to 3 local breweries, and we enjoyed all the beers he selected for us to sample. He shared lots of stories about the different beers and the Asheville brewery scene. We'd definitely go on another tour next time we visit Asheville.

The tour ended up being just my wife and I but Michael agreed to still do the tour. Very informative tour and Michael had us tasting very diverse beers that he planned out to avoid ruining our taste buds up front.
