Hi Wire Brewing

Your expert guide will meet you at Hi-Wire Brewing, where you'll sample award winning beers and hear the story of one of Western North Carolina's fastest growing breweries!

Twin Leaf Brewery

After Catawba, your group will head to Twin Leaf Brewery. At Twin Leaf, you'll get exclusive behind the scenes access to the production area, where you'll learn about the brewing process; from grain to glass. More delicious beer samples will be served, as you hear Twin Leaf's story.

Green Man Brewery

After Twin Leaf, your group will head to Green Man Brewery, one of Asheville's oldest breweries. At Green Man, you'll learn more about Asheville's brewing industry as you sip on some of Green Man's award winning beers!

This is an excellent tour. It focuses on the craft of beer making, not on getting sloshed. It enabled me to taste beers I would not have otherwise tasted. Our guide, Greg, was extremely knowledgable and entertaining. It was a small group, and you can tell this tour is designed to share the art and love of brewing.

I really enjoyed the early Saturday Brew-ed brew tour (11:30 to 1:30, 2 breweries). Cliff was very personable and the information was very interesting. I've toured breweries before and this is a different, more in-depth experience. He was also happy to answer the many questions our tour group had. It was a great time and I would definitely recommend the tour.
