Josh was very informative, fun & took his time explaining historical information and most importantly 😉 they never canceled even though, I lucked out. I was the only person on the tour. THANKS a bunch for not cancelling. Josh still was very conscientious on the hand signals, very sweet. 👍🏻 I look forward to my next tour in New Orleans with the same company, thanks management/ Douge also for accommodating my last minute. Excellent customer service.

If you want to see San Antonio, this is place to go! No need to investigate other options. Great way to see this historic city for an out of town visitor. Our guide Joe was awesome!! He was a wealth of knowledge for each location and offered fabulous recommendations for places to eat and events to see. Nancy from Massachusetts

Schedule a 10 am tour, at 8 they called and said there was a mistake, and no tour exist and reschedule me to 1 pm At quarter to 1, me and 6 others waited at the rendezvous, and no one showed up We tried to called their office and reached the Dallas office. No knew what was going on. After half an hour we all left. No one made contact to apologize or explain, I had to call in to request a refund

Good morning. First off, I am so sorry that our tour guide did not show. Since the global pandemic started, hiring and keeping good staff has been very difficult. We've gone from thriving and growing small business with 50+ employees in 11 offices nationwide to only 5 stores and 12 employees. Times have been incredibly difficult. That's not an excuse, it's just the reality that our business is continuing to face daily. I beg you and the rest of the group from that day to forgive us and the tour guide that no-call no-showed. This is not how we wanted our businesses to be after an amazing nearly 15 year history. We are very slowly rebuilding our brand and our business. I am so sorry. You will be refunded and we will work with the local tour guides to try and prevent a similar situation from happening again. Chris
