Learn about Charleston's history as you enjoy tastings of traditional favorites and contemporary innovations, all of which highlight the cuisine of locally-owned restaurants. Insight into Lowcountry cuisine accompanies the broad range of samples on your food tour. What To Expect

Charleston

After meeting your foodie guide at the provided meeting location in downtown Charleston, you will begin your walking tour. Sample dishes at 4 restaurants, finishing with dessert. Each stop lasts ~30 minutes, and you'll be seated to rest your legs. For most people, the amount of food served overal is enough for a meal. As you enjoy walking through this historical section of the city, listen to stories about Charleston's culture and cuisine from your guide, who points out landmarks along your route. This wonderful experience will end within walking distance of your starting point. *Food restrictions must be separately communicated to Charleston Culinary Tours at least 24 hours in advance to be accommodated. *We cannot accommodate Vegan, Dairy/Lactose-Free, or Soy-Free diets.

Kyle was a great tour guide. We enjoyed each of the restaurants and the food. The collard greens and Brussels sprouts were favorite.

We never got to go on the tour. On tuesday , 3/18 I went on line to book this tour for tuesday 3/25. They made us download the Vistor app to get our tickets. This was a complete cluster as our tickets never showed up and then we got a call on Tuesday afternoon 3/18 telling us that we missed our tour.We asked for our money back for the tour from both Viator and the tour company and they both just gave us the run around. We pretty much feel that we got scammed. Be careful of these guys when you book with them.

Great culinary tour with history! Charlestn’s southern food is so delicious and this tour takes you to 4 places nearby. Not much walking is needed!
