We took this walking tour during our family vacation. Not only was the guide late in arriving to our meeting destination but so were everyone else. Instructions are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start at 10:00 a.m. The guide arrived at 9:55 the guide made us wait until 10:20 for others to arrive. Also, after that other arrived and just joined in without showing any reservation or pass. The guide was terrible - literally all he did was talk about himself and how he is a stand in for various shows and what it is he did in that role. He showed pictures on his phone of various actors - pictures you can see in any magazine! This is not what the tour was supposed to be about. We left the tour very shortly after we started when we realized this was all about the guide and nothing about movie or tv sites. This is the worst tour ever and I wish we had never booked it! It was a total waste of money. Do yourself a favor a skip it.

Many thanks to Dan for a great private tour! We are from the Chicago area, but still learned so much! We had no idea about some locations from famous movies that were actually filmed in Chicago. As a member of the industry, Dan is knowledgeable about the facts he wants to share with his guests, but also shares some very cool insight based on his active experience in the industry. 5 stars and highly recommended. Thanks Dan!

We had our tour booked for Sunday. They texted and said that they needed to move it to friday which was complicated for our schedules but we accepted this change. When we showed up to the appointment no one was there. The number from where they sent the text was not answering and it was very difficult to get in contact with them. After one hour they said it was not here problem.
