2
Dairy Block
This historic block, located in downtown Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, was once home to Windsor Dairy and is now a vibrant micro-district that boasts 15 shops, 19 restaurants, seven bars, a luxury coworking space, and a 172-room boutique hotel.
3
Denver Union Station
Denver Union Station is the cultural hub and the “crown jewel” of the city. The addition of world-class dining, shopping, and the award-winning Crawford Hotel has revitalized and transformed Denver Union Station far beyond its humble beginnings.

Mcgregor Square
In the heart of Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo), adjacent to Coors Field, McGregor Square spans an entire downtown block. This new development includes The Rally Hotel, residences, restaurants, retail outlets, and expansive food-hall, all circling a 17,000 square foot plaza complete with a stadium-sized LED screen.
6
El Chapultepec
Denver's oldest jazz club closed during the COVID-19 pandemic but still sits in a historic building near Coors Field.
7
LoDo
Short for Lower Downtown, LoDo is the heart and center of the Mile High City and contains some of Denver's best local restaurants and bars.
8
The Wynkoop
Wynkoop is Colorado’s First Brewpub. For almost three decades they have been brewing handcrafted beer in a modest basement brewery underneath Denver’s largest pool hall. Over the years the neighborhood has transformed, and Colorado’s craft beer industry has exploded.

We were in Denver for a short time and decided on this food tour of Lower Downtown (LoDo) Denver as a way to learn about the food scene, which we read about before traveling to Denver. The tour was a great way to sample a variety of foods at different restaurants, as well as be efficiently guided around the area and through various interesting marketplaces that have developed in recent years. Our guide, Austin, was knowledgeable about the local food industry, and Denver and Colorado history pertaining to the area, and made the tour very enjoyable.

My children and I took this food tour and we had a lot of fun. Our guide, Austin, was super thoughtful about them and there was a special taste at the second stop that was more kid friendly. Although, they ended up eating mine because they wanted to try it. The food was interesting and many of the items weren't things I would ever order, which is what made it fun. This tour was pretty meat-heavy. It did not bother us, but if you aren't an adventurous eater, you might not love it. We also didn't walk very far, so if you are concerned about the amount of walking, it wasn't strenuous at all -- even in 90 degree heat.

We had a great time at this Food Tour. Our work team of 12 attended this as a team building activity. Several people actually lived downtown and Chris surprised them with new facts about some local sites and with the new food tastings. Additionally, this tour was able to cater to a few people with dietary needs (Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Seafood allergy) This tour would be great for any type of crowd. Thanks Chris and Delicious Denver Food Tours for a great evening!
