What To Expect
1
Coors Field
Built in 1995 in the heart of downtown Denver, Coors Field is home to our beloved Rockies and a must-see stop when visiting the Mile High City.
2
Dairy Block
This historic block, located in downtown Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, was once home to Windsor Dairy and is now a vibrant micro-district that boasts 15 shops, 19 restaurants, seven bars, a luxury coworking space, and a 172-room boutique hotel.
3
Denver Union Station
Denver Union Station is the cultural hub and the “crown jewel” of the city. The addition of world-class dining, shopping, and the award-winning Crawford Hotel has revitalized and transformed Denver Union Station far beyond its humble beginnings.
4
Cherry Cricket
This award-winning local spot has been serving delicious burgers, Colorado green chili and local beers since 1945.
5
Mcgregor Square
In the heart of Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo), adjacent to Coors Field, McGregor Square spans an entire downtown block. This new development includes The Rally Hotel, residences, restaurants, retail outlets, and expansive food-hall, all circling a 17,000 square foot plaza complete with a stadium-sized LED screen.
6
El Chapultepec
Denver's oldest jazz club closed during the COVID-19 pandemic but still sits in a historic building near Coors Field.
7
LoDo
Short for Lower Downtown, LoDo is the heart and center of the Mile High City and contains some of Denver's best local restaurants and bars.
8
The Wynkoop
Wynkoop is Colorado’s First Brewpub. For almost three decades they have been brewing handcrafted beer in a modest basement brewery underneath Denver’s largest pool hall. Over the years the neighborhood has transformed, and Colorado’s craft beer industry has exploded.

We really enjoyed our tour with Chris. So much so that we returned to one spot for dinner! Our only regret was not doing this earlier in the trip so we could get some advice for our stay. I asked people in our group after each stop “which was your favorite so far?” And I think every restaurant was mentioned at least once. Marco’s pizza was a hit - and we loved touring the kitchen too. Biker Jim’s was my personal favorite - I loved trying an elk sausage with those coke onions. Delicious! We didn’t know Denver had such an awesome food scene, but we do now!

We had a group of 8 adults and we all loved this tour. Sarah was a great guide who was fun, funny and knew a lot about Denver and the food scene in Denver. The stops along the way were delicious and we had drink pairings at each spot. It is a great way to see some local spots in Denver but also taste great food too. Highly recommend this tour. My only suggestion would be for the tour guide to let us choose the flavor of our last "taste" (desert) instead of selecting the flavor for us. Thanks for a great day and activity.
