Our tour was cancelled. We flew to visit our daughter in Colorado and drove 45 minutes to Denver specifically for this food tour. Once we arrived I was told it was cancelled due to power outage. I have not yet received my refund nor any discounts to book in the future. Awaiting a response.

Hi Dana! We are so sorry we did not get to host you and your family last Friday. As you mentioned, there was a massive and sudden power outage across downtown Denver that closed 6 of our restaurant partners. This was very unexpected, and we're so sorry that we weren't able to give more notice when we canceled your tour. I can confirm that we did refund you the same day, and I've reached out to Viator (who handled your payment and refund) to ensure that that refund reaches you promptly. I also called to give you a discount for a future tour, but unfortunately your mailbox was full. I'll continue to try to reach you as we would love to host you on a future experience!

This was a good tour. Each stop had some history of Denver behind it. The food was good at every stop and the tour guide was very upbeat and knowledgeable. I recommend getting the drink package it makes the experience more fun. The tour itself gives you a good glimpse at downtown Denver. You stop at 5 places and you leave full.
