We learned so much! Despite the heat we enjoyed our historical tour walking around the downtown Fremont area. People rarely venture beyond Fremont Experience but there is so much to see and do. Trains were such an important part of the formation of Las Vegas. We also got lots of restaurant recommendations.

Zoe (my wife) and I thought this walking tour was fantastic. Until a few days ago, we didn't even realise there were walking tours in Las Vegas. Kelly (our tour guide) was very entertaining, and knowledgeable. To accompany the tour, he had loads of old photos of the buildings he was talking about; I thought this was a great idea. Next time we're in Las Vegas, we will certainly take another of these walking tours. Downtown is seeing lots of changes, so it'll be great to have Kelly talk about what's changed since this time.

My sister and I decided to do something a little different off of the Vegas Strip, so we thought a walking tour would be fun. We were pleasantly surprised by how interesting and informative our tour of Fremont St. was. Kelly is the man in the know! He told us the history of this little railroad town in a flowing, effortless way with old photos to show you how things looked in the past as we walked along and looked at the buildings as they are now. Each guest wore a headset so that one could hear our knowledgeable guide with ease. He gave us recommendations for local food, drink, shopping and accommodations that one might not be aware of. He was also able to tell us about the exciting changes happening in downtown Las Vegas. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and really enhanced our stay - I would definitely recommend it to a first time visitor. Remember to wear plenty of sunscreen, a hat, sun glasses, comfortable walking shoes and bring a bottle of water! This tour was well worth the money. . .
