E-Bike LA Beach Tour from Manhattan Beach, CA

Overview

We deliver your e-bikes to the meeting location in Manhattan Beach. A Hermosa Beach starting point is also available. You will receive an orientation to the electric bike to make sure you are comfortable. Our staff will give you suggestions on where to ride up and down the coast on the beach bike path in your self-guided tour. We also offer guided tours and multi-day rentals. Our e-bikes are beautiful, comfortable beach cruisers built by the Electric Bike Company. Helmets, locks are included. Liability waiver required prior to riding.

Dockweiler State Beach

Ride the beach bike trail north from Manhattan Beach toward Marina Del Rey. Enjoy the sights along the way. Watch for dolphin sightings.

Playa Del Rey Beach

Take an optional snack break at Playa Provisions on the way to Marina Del Rey

Ballona Creek

Take a photo near the creek. Watch the sailboats leave the marina. Great birdwatching here.

Marina del Rey

Ride the bike trail around the marina harbor on the way to Venice Beach. Take an optional break at the Trader Joes shopping center.

Venice Beach Boardwalk

The bike route takes you back to the beach near the Venice Beach pier. Stop for photos or keep cruising north along the boardwalk.

Santa Monica Pier

Cruise to the iconic Santa Monica pier which features rides and games and places to eat and drink. Take some time here for fun and photos or turn around and head back. This is your day!

I had visitors in town and we last minute decided to rent a few ebikes for half the day. The whole team at beach e biking was amazing. They got our reservation, waivers, and payment easily set up by phone with fast communication. Carter came to deliver our bikes a few minutes earlier and had a great quick tutorial to learn how to use the bikes. The bikes themselves were very comfortable and seemed brand new. Drop off/pick up of the bikes was again very conveniently arranged. They also have the best prices in the south bay. Will definitely be renting from them again!

Best way to enjoy the Beach coastline! This E-Bike ride tops it all! From Start to Finish –First Class service and lots of fun. Cruising along the paved bike trail, we were able to feel the ocean breeze while enjoying the scenic route. We stopped and locked our bikes for an hour for a rooftop drink and snack, overlooking Venice Beach. The Boardwalk and Muscle Beach was of course also a must see. Back on our bikes, we headed to the next beach. I really loved the walk on the soft sandy beach including the short cooling off period as we went into the water, challenging the ocean waves. Especially fascinating for me along the way is the fact that every beach home had its own architectural charm, regardless of the year when it was built or renovated. This is undoubtedly the best way to experience the entire coastal drive. No stress, just a lot of fun. 👍🙂

We hired for half a day. The bikes were waiting for us at the agreed pick up point on time. We were given a quick demo of how to use them and then off we went. I will definitely hire again when we have visitors to Manhattan Beach
