Begin your day at The Battery (formerly known as Battery Park). This historical landmark is the gateway between lower Manhattan and the small island in the midst of New York Bay - and of course, Lady Liberty.

Castle Clinton National Monument

Pause at Castle Clinton, a national monument, and for your guide to lay the context of your tour ahead.

Liberty Island

Board the ferry and set sail through the open waters and take in the incredible views of New York Bay as you head for Liberty Island with your local tour guide.

Statue of Liberty

Ellis Island Immigration Museum

If you choose the four-four Fully Guided Statue of Liberty Tour with Ellis Island option, board the ferry for a short 10 minute boat ride to Ellis Island. Discover the stories of the millions of immigrants who journeyed through this historic site. Wander at your leisure with the award-winning Audio Guide (included). You can peruse the museum, dive into your own family history, or enjoy a bite at the Island’s popular cafeteria. You are also welcome to return on the ferry with your guide.

Battery Park

Enjoy free time on Ellis Island or join your guide on the ferry back to Battery Park, taking one last look of Lady Liberty from the water.

Our group of 3 (which included a 9 YO) all had a great time! Our tour guide was awesome and he kept the tour informative but also engaged the kids. The pace was good and it was great having the transportation figured out and the key historical info covered by the guide.

Our guide Rob (him on the pic 😀) was awesome and was very knowledgeable with first hand info about his own family’s journey which makes it more interesting and personalized. And best of all he takes the best photos on the best spot! If you want to research more about your own family’s journey at Ellis Island don’t book another engagement until 3’ish or onward… we booked a 9/11 museum tour at 2p and wish we could have stayed awhile at Ellis island

Great tour and tour guide. Lots of NY history. Would recommend this tour and company for any tour. Was able to have a quick lunch at Fulton Market, but had other lunch choices in the same area. Bus driver was friendly and drove us to each area safely. Again, our tour guide was excellent.
