Great tour through a fascinating part of NYC that’s changed enormously in 40 years. It’s amazing to think who we could have bumped into 30 years ago, if we’d dared wander the streets. I’m sure Bobby could have chaperoned us (maybe not 30 years ago!), drawing on his deep knowledge of and passion for the wide range of genres the area’s venues have seen over the years, from the Grateful Dead to the Clash (with a brief homage to Charlie Parker). Thoroughly recommended.

A highly informative and interesting tour of many of the historical landmarks of rock and roll. Bring your FitBit as you will do 20,000 steps!
