Pinn, who is a principal of the company is the ultimate rock tour guide and gives you the added benefit that he has come from inside the music industry in NYC. His knowledge and detail of the scene in the East Village, music history etc. did not overshadow the enthusiasm of the tourists who in the main were relatively informed about the subject to some degree and Pinn was happy to let others share some of what they knew. The other thing is you are doing the tour with like minded people from different parts of the USA and the world. We did the tour on day one of our first visit to New York from Australia and it was just great and also gave us a pretty good look at the East Village as well. We look forward to joining Rock Junket on our next visit to NYC for onre of their other tours.

I absolutely loved this tour! Bobby is a great guide. He's lived the life and shares great information about the this area of NYC. He took us to some great locations and provided lots of photos and album covers to enhance the tour. You won't be disappointed in the least! Be sure and buy his book at the end of the tour- it's really good. I wish I'd have purchased a couple more for gifts! 5 Stars for the tour and the book!

Loved the tour and all the fun rock history. I really felt like I was with someone who was a part of the history, and not just some guide reading a script. Bobby loves what he does and it shows! I will be back for another tour one day! Pro tip: buy the book from Bobby :)
