Overview

Escape the crowds and join Roam Outdoor Adventure Co on a truly unique experience. We travel to and from the canyons in our off Road Can Am ATV Defenders operated by our experienced guides. They hold 6 people comfortably. The canyons we go to can only be accessed by private property via locked gates. This ensures that you rarely encounter others. The canyons are breathtaking and rappelling them adds to the adventure.

Being on time is very important. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will have to leave without you. We are on Mountain Time and an hour different than Las Vegas and Arizona.

Because of the rappelling portion of the tour all travelers must be under 300 lbs.

What To Expect

Upper Red Cave Slot Canyon

This slot canyon is an absolute must. We will canyoneer as far up the canyon as we can. This canyon also features ancient Native American petroglyphs.

Lower Red Cave Slot Canyon

This will be one of the stops on our tour. After a 30 minute hike to the top of the canyon we will rappel into the slot canyon. Se parts of the canyon that can only be seen via rappelling.

The tour was fun and good for all ages. Tanner was great and made sure we felt safe but allowed us to up the speed and adventure to our comfort level . He is a natural at guiding and made the experience great. He made sure to brag about how great the company tour was and made available additional options for future visits. Highly recommend

The canyoneering and UTV experience was my last adventure during my trip to east zion, and after hiking to Angel’s Landing and “wading” 10 miles through the Narrows, I didn’t think anything else could compare. But I was ecstatic to learn that I was wrong - IMO, this is a MUST-DO in east zion. The views are gorgeous, and still different from anything in the national parks, and rappelling down slot canyons and whipping around rocky “paths” in a CAN-AM UTV is an absolute BLAST. But no matter where I am or what I’m doing, people make all the difference, and the EZE crew did just that. I’ve never rappelled before, but in my mind, I was a local pro (thanks to Jaron and Sharky, who also managed to capture photo and video so that it looked that way too). Sharky took a TON of photos, and airdropped all of them when we got back - I thought surely that would cost extra - nope! Not only did someone else taking pictures allow me to just enjoy the whole experience, but if I wanted to stop to take my own (or for any other reason), I was never rushed. The EZE crew is local - they know the area better than anyone else, they genuinely love what they do, and the owner has relationships with the private land owners, so EZE has unique access to the best routes around the canyons. The owner spares no expense on any of the equipment, gear, or off road vehicles - everything is well taken care of and the guides are so knowledgeable that neither safety nor an absolute blast are ever a question. One of the best experiences ever, thanks to EZE!
