Eco and Dolphin Watch Tour of South Padre Island

Overview

Enjoy a one and a half hour South Padre Island Dolphin Watch aboard the newly renovated Murphy's Law and see Atlantic Bottle-nose Dolphins in their natural habitat. During the Eco Tour/Dolphin Watch, you will also have the opportunity to see local and migratory birds and various sea life. The guided tour will also include the southernmost U.S. Coast Guard Station, Boca Chica Beach, the current location of Space X, and the South Padre Island Jetties...entryway to the Brownsville Ship Channel where one of the largest Shrimp Fleet calls home.

Currently, there are no mask mandates or capacity limitations in place. You are welcome to wear a mask, but they are not required. We do make a practice of sanitizing the boat between trips, and our Captain and Crew frequently wash their hands.

We visited SPI during Christmas and although the weather that year was not the best, we still had a great time during the Dolphin Watch tour. We go to see dolphins, other marine life and the tour itself was very educational and fun! We'll definitely do it again next time we visit the island!

Good activity for families with children at any age. Something fun to do when you get bored of the beach and the pool.

This ride was amazing we saw several dolphins and also got to see sea life brought on board for the kids and adults to touch and enjoy. My 6 year old loved it!
