The view was good, but it was gated. What is displayed on social media is without the glass. What was really a DISSATISFACTORY was leaving. 30 min to just get on the elevator. It was ridiculous. My wife said, "Never again.' She also said "they were herding us like cattle."

It was very good experience. Bought tickets online made it smooth without waiting on line. View was great. We took a family photo too.

It seems like it would be cold to go at night, but it’s really crowded. You’re not even able to use the whole deck. It was cold, windy and rainy. The view was amazing. The staff was wonderful. My app froze and I was not able to get my tickets, but they were very helpful and printed them for us.. it was worth seeing once not sure if I’ll do it again. If it’s cold, take your jacket. It will be freezing up there.
