My husband and I rented the Tandem; what a joy! The Norfolk crew was very helpful with explaining how the bike worked. They let us test ride around the block just to be sure we were comfortable. We loved every moment. People watched in “awe” as we rode by on the trail. The scenery was beautiful! The experience made us feel like teenagers again! Much needed fun considering our new normal! Will definitely rent again.

Very fun once we got started. Took about 30 minutes to get our bikes sized correctly and what we felt comfortable on. Had a bit of trouble finding the Elizabeth River Trail. Map could have been more explicit. Like that we had three hours to ride. Two would not have been long enough. Thinking about buying two of our own.

Thank you for the nice review. We are glad you enjoyed our Pedego Electric Bikes and are even thinking about buying two of your own. Good news, the Elizabeth River Trail Organization has secured funding for more (and better) signage earlier this year. Installation has been somewhat hampered by Covid, but it will be very nice when there are larger and more ERT signs along the entire 10.5 mile route. Please feel free to contact us about your e-bike questions and thanks for stopping by. Hello, fun...
