The bikes were so fun! We all want to buy one now. I would definitely recommend doing this if you’re in the area! We took the bikes on the ERT trail. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Dear Jordan: Your group was all smiles when you got back to the store, so I didn't even have to ask how you liked it (but I did). Good luck and best of wishes on your wonderful September. Come back with you group again to do some more exploring of Norfolk's sights and scenic spots. Thank you.

Amy Oliver (owner) was fantastic. As we were first time e-bike riders, she took the time to help us get comfortable and even rode with us for a while. Her team was just as great, accomodating, patient and very warm. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this Pedego team to everyone.

Awww, thanks. You're going to make me blush. I really enjoy when I have the chance to take a short ride with customers, as it gives me a chance to know them a little better and also to help see how they ride and which bike model & size would be a perfect fit for their riding needs. Please stop in next time you are close by.

We enjoyed the waterfront, the breeze, and the weather riding the bikes. We had a little bit of a challenge riding the bikes.

Dear Jerrace: We are glad you enjoyed Norfolk and the surroundings. Next time you are in the store, mention to us that you would prefer some more assistance and we will try to send out one of our Staff to accompany you for the first part of your rental ride, just to make sure you get comfortable and at ease on your Pedego bike. We hope to see you again.
