Electric Bike Tours in Amelia Island

Overview
A Pedego Electric Bike is the best way to experience all that Amelia Island has to offer. A Pedego is just like a regular bike - only better. You can pedal normally (or not) and get power when you want it. It feels like being a kid again!

If our tour times don't work for you, give us a call to inquire about self-guided tours.

Note: All participants must be able to ride a bike. You will need to certify before departure that you have safely ridden a bike in the last 5 years.

Big Talbot Island State Park
During this tour, we ride down 7 mile’s of Amelia Islands designated bike path, over the George Crady Bridge, and into Big Talbot Island where we do a little trail riding down to the beach for a ride along the sand. The power of the bike makes the our trek through the sand easy-breezy. This tour provides a taste of Amelia Islands’ natural beauty and wildlife as we bike through moss-laden live oaks, along natural waterways, and on coastal paths. On the way back, riders have the option to stop at the Shops of Amelia Island for some refreshments prior to returning to the Pedego Store. *Optional stop subject to bike availability

This was the most fun experience of our vacation! The bikes, Nate the guide, and the trip was perfect. Bike path through beautiful areas of Amelia island and then ending on Boneyard Beach which we never would have seen. It was so cool! Highly recommend this experience!

The trip was excellent. The tour guide was very informational for those of us that did not know the island. From the four adults in my group, thoughts were to have a bit more 'throttle only' training behind the store before we hit the road. Concern is that these sites charge $100 per person, and according to the staff at the store, it's only $85 pp. Misleading. Would highly recommend a rental - but do it directly,

I am so glad that you had a great experience on the tour! I am so sorry about the confusion around the price. When you book directly on our website, it's a slightly lower price but the booking software administrator charges a booking fee and taxes on top of the price, whereas Trip Advisor takes that fee from the $100 ... so it comes out to be about the same price for the customer. It is very confusing, sorry about that!

This was a fabulous trip for myself and teen son (don’t recommend for under 12). The eBikes are the best we have ever used and the ride is beautiful, smooth and pleasant. Going all the way to Bones Beach and riding on the sand was a special treat. The owner and guide were all unbelievable nice. Definitely better than just renting the bikes on your own (although they do that too). We drove up from Jax beach just for this and it was worth it, plus the river ferry is a fun novelty.
