They did not allow us up to the 102nd deck, the tickets did not work, I’m guessing since this is a third party you are subject to this happening, and there is no way to Contact Viator while you are there. Would not recommend buying your tickets through them.

We really enjoyed the build up to going to the observation deck with all of the historical information about the building. And the view, even on a rainy day, was beautiful! We loved it!
