It’s great views but the staff was so rude. Not all of them but three of them at the entrance line and then just inside the door were very rude and sarcastic

Such Incredible views of New York from the outdoor observation level. Well worth a visit. It’s such an iconic landmark. The exhibition about the construction of the Empire State Building is very innovative and interesting. I visited in late November and the queues insight weren’t too busy. Great to get to go in the 1920’s style lifts and see the Art Deco furnishings.

Everything was fine until we tried to get the upgrade “opportunity” to the 102 floor at the time we made the appt for. It was entirely sold out.
