• Cameras and camcorders are allowed, but no tripods
• You can ONLY bring carry-on-size bags and backpacks
• There are no rooms to check coats, packages, baggage or suitcases, so please don't bring them to the Observatory

Fast easy way to skip the lines. Everything went smooth. Good experience. Only way to go. Beautiful view.

Paid for VIP ticket which was almost $100 per ticket for three people, reserved 10:00pm time. We got there and our experience was no different then general admission that was half the price of our ticket. Some exhibits were closed because they were going to be closing, and everyone that worked there let us know that they were closing soon, so it was completely rushed. I thought the VIP ticket included the higher level elevator but was told no. When I asked what the additional costs was for, the guy at the elevator told me that if you were here earlier and there was a line, then you could have gotten in faster. What?!?! So double the price for nothing!!!! I also wanted to see the drawing that they guy did from memory but was told that they were mopping so we couldn’t see it. I’m sorry, but that is what after-hours is for. If you cannot experience a full experience, then they should not offer 10:00 reservation window. What a complete waste of extra money. However, the gift shop was not rushing you by any means. Not when they can make more money off of you. What a complete waste!
