The look on my sons face was the best part. Highly recommend the VIP, front door the line, tickets. It made everything go a lot smoother.

The dozens of twists and turns before you get to the elevator to the observation deck were terrible for a person in a wheelchair. I even asked a guide if he was pointing me to the fastest way to the exit. He said yes, and ten minutes later we had gone in a complete circle and were back to the same guide. We asked for help from 6 different Empire State Building employees in our attempt to start the tour. Every single person gave us conflicting instructions. We spent five minutes trying to locate the cashier because the booth has signage only on one side. I paid a fortune for the tour tickets (more than $300) and I feel ripped off. Perhaps it is this kind of treatment that accounts for the fact that there were zero lines. I took my family there 15 years ago and there were many lines. I will skip the ESB the next time I am in NYC.

Going out side and seeing the views, My Grandson's enjoyed the displays inside of how it was made also
