• No glass or bottles are permitted to be taken to the Observatory
• Cameras and camcorders are allowed, but no tripods
• You can ONLY bring carry-on-size bags and backpacks
• There are no rooms to check coats, packages, baggage or suitcases, so please don't bring them to the Observatory

We purchased the VIP, skip the lines tour. What we got was basically the general admission for a premium price. They weren't even using the express line as there was low amount of people. We showed them our tickets and followed the instructions to the tee, but we ended up in the regular lines as the directed us to regular lines. When we asked questions we told we would have to contact the tour operator.....
