• Cameras and camcorders are allowed, but no tripods
• You can ONLY bring carry-on-size bags and backpacks
• There are no rooms to check coats, packages, baggage or suitcases, so please don't bring them to the Observatory

Scammed out if my money ... no tour. No one at the building to do the tour. No ferry ride. Customer service horrible

No need to purchase the "Skip the line" upgrade at this time because there was no line! Covid has an upside here. I absolutely loved the second floor exhibit, and felt like I owned the place because I was pretty much just wandering on my own. I rode all the elevators solo and couldn't have been happier just doing my own thing with no pressure to move along. I made reservations to catch part of the sunset and wasn't disappointed. Clear skies, light breeze, no crowds. It is fascinating to think of the people who built this massive structure and the things they experienced so high above the ground. Absolutely worth my time and money.
