We came to New York and the Empire State Building was a must see on our list. I have a 14 and 8 year old. Ms. Renita started talking to my son on the 80th floor. When asked, his favorite part of New York was the pizza. Ms. Renita not only made the experience so personable and memorable taking us up the 102nd floor and taking amazing pictures. She has a passion and love for her job and city. She added a special touch to our New York experience. We will never forget Ms. Renita and all the amazing staff at the Empire State Building. If you get a chance to have an encounter with her, you will not forget her. She turned my son’s favorite thing from pizza to The Empire State Building. New York can leave an impression. Thank you Renita and all the staff at The Empire State Building.

The views from the 86th and 102nd were both awesome. The organization of the staff to get you in was great. Staff everyone pointing you in the right direction where to go. We had a great experience with Ms.Renita. She was so funny and personable. She has been there over 20 years And you can tell she really loves her job. Would highly recommend visiting here.

Decided to splurge for the 102nd floor experience and was glad we did because we got to run into two fantastic hosts/guides: Matt H and Indiana (that’s his real name apparently). Both were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and they made the experience far better than just a fantastic view. Thanks to you both!
