• You can ONLY bring carry-on-size bags and backpacks
• There are no rooms to check coats, packages, baggage or suitcases, so please don't bring them to the Observatory

They would not accept my tickets from Viator. I paid extra for 102nd and skip the line but HS to buy additional tickets. Please refund me.

Fabulous views of the city! Need to go on a clear day otherwise you’ll be turned away, saying there’s no view. We went at 12:30 pm. and would recommend going earlier to avoid the crowds. There’s an exhibit on the 2nd floor and the 80th floor which are both good to help manage the crowds. Didn’t go to the 102nd floor, and I’m sure its worth it!
