Nothing horrible experience the main venue place said to contact Viator to reschedule and they offered zero help. Sent them emails, live chats and phone calls, horrible customer service. Our tickets could have been rescheduled to the next day due to the weather but received zero customer support to do so. Complete waste of money and would not recommend this third party planning company to anyone!

My Wife and I visited the Empire state on our recent visit to NY . We were practically the first in the queue. We really enjoyed the experience. The staff were knowledgeable about the building and you Could sence their pride when talking about the Empire state . The building was very well presented and immaculately clean. The views of the city were terrific. If visiting the trip is a must.

We decided to do the tour at sunset and that was perfect. There were friendly staff and well done interactive displays. The city looked beautiful from up there.
