It was an amazing experience, with an even more amazing view. I was slightly disappointed because we went to experience the sunset and that day happened to be extremely cloudy and raining. I would definitely recommend checking the weather before booking to avoid situations like these, but other than that the view was breath taking. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and sweet. They made this experience even better.

We loved the place!!! Top is amazing and it such a breath taking experience. On top of that, it was snowing a lot during our visit which was wonderful. One of the place that must go when you visit in New York.

We had tickets for 8:30 and when we arrived we were told there was 0 visibility and that we should change our tickets . I was told they couldn’t help me change my tickets because I bought them through Viator . The interesting part is that I was allowed to change to am options but not pm which is the original one I purchased. I had to request a manager who was absolutely rude and useless. Luckily I was able to change the tickets through the kiosk to the next day at 8:45 pm. It still messed up my day and schedule but at least I won’t loose my money . The security personal were super nice and supportive in fact they recommended I requested to speak to a manager who once again was terrible and clearly lack customer service experience.
