MAXIMUM INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT LIMIT IS 300 LBS., with a total weight of 1100 lbs. per airplane. Anyone exceeding 300 lbs. will be required to purchase a second seat. Any group exceeding 1100 lbs. must be booked on two airplanes.
CHECK IN TIME IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR.
Individual guest names, weights, and contact information must accompany all bookings.
Maximum individual weight limit is 300 lb. - 1100 lb. weight limit per airplane
Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff
Regularly sanitised high-traffic areas

Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms
The State of Hawaii lifted the face mask in public areas mandate at 11:59PM on March 25, 2022. Our staff is 100% vaccinated and our airplanes are sanitized between tours. Face masks are optional on our airplane tours.

It was a tremendously enjoyable and wonderful air tour. Our pilot was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent pilot. Both my wife and I agree that we were very happy that we took this fantastic air tour. We would do this again.

Our pilot was amazing! A little turbulence. A little hot and humid in the aircraft. But even though they were running an hour late my fiance and I had an enjoyable time!

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. We were working around the changing weather conditions that day which ultimately delayed most of the flights and actually cancelled 2 departures at 3pm. We have a strict policy of not flying into dangerous weather conditions. We apologize that the cooling sytem could not cool the record high humidity that day. Mahalo!

Though these days where rather rainy we where lucky with the weather and the one hour flight was absolutely amazing. Captain and team where lovely and we finished with a smooth landing back at the airport
