Essential Downtown SLO: A Self-Guided Audio Tour

So before you take your picture in the grossly-unique Bubblegum Alley grab your headphones and let’s step back in time by visiting the World’s Smallest Chinatown, and envision dirt roads lined by rough saloons in this last town of the Wild West.

THE TOUR WOULD NOT SHOW UP IN THE VOICEMAP APP SO WE WERE UNABLE TO USE IT. DISAPPOINTING. NOW THID SURVEY WON’T SUBMIT!

To offer assistance, I tried calling you, emailing you and messaging you through Tripadvisor. You didn't respond to any of these. If you get in touch with us, we'll gladly give you credit for another of our 1,000+ tours globally. I can't respond regarding the "survey" you're referring to. That's from Tripadvisor – and it submitted this review.

I was unable to download the audio tour. The instructions were unclear. I was not able to contact a representative via email or phone, for assistance. It was a waste of my time trying to troubleshoot and a waste of my money! VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The instructions aren't unclear and have been used by hundreds of customers before you to redeem the same tour. We responded to your support request and provided additional information about redeeming the tour.
