Overview

Explore the Everglades on an airboat adventure. This tour includes transportation, park entrance, airboat ride, the airboat tour, and free time to walk the park and see all the alligator exhibits. Have the chance to see alligators up close in their natural habitat, as well as the many exhibits scattered throughout the park. This half day tour departs twice daily at 9:30 and 1:30.

We booked and paid a tour online. Took a Cab to the pickup. Stood on the 30 minute line for checkin. After checkin walked to the bus to find out that the bus had no spot for us evemthough we had the ticket. They overbooked. the tour. We had to cancel and wasted the entire morning.

The airboat was nice but unfortunately there were no alligators when we went. No fault of the company. Captain Case was knowledgable. I loved the alligator show and baby alligator petting! Please remember to leave a tip for both the captain and the man who runs the show. They depend on tips for a living

The trip that was sold to us was not available. On arrival at the venue we were told there was no room for us because it was fully booked. I wish we used a different agent because using Viator was very disappointing and we will not be using Viator again.
