We had booked the Miami tour in German, among other things. Our guide Hagen did a really great job. He was open-minded, had lots of tips and you could ask him anything. We had a great time and can recommend the tours! Thank you very much!

We were picked up from the hotel on time (as mentioned in the email the day before) and first did the Everglades tour with tour guide Hagen. The trip there was fun and very informative. Because we were there early in the morning, we didn't have to wait for the propeller boats. In the afternoon, Benny took us on a very detailed and interesting city tour. The tour was brilliant because we experienced a lot and had super professional tour guides. I did the tour in 2014 and would book it again at any time. In the end, we were on the road for 12 hours.

We did the German tour with Hagen. The part in the Everglades was standard. The tour by Hagen was extremely satisfactory. He knows what he's talking about, is very approachable and also makes the trip with a touch of humor. We can recommend this tour without hesitation :)
