Picked up at the hotel in a comfortable van. Andre provided some info on the way to the park and upon arrival he took care of everything. Prior to embarking we got a group photo. Our captain Swamp Thing took us on a great ride and we were able to see a number of gators as well as many other creatures. From there we watched the alligator show and got a picture with a baby gator. All had a great time on the tour.

Overall, the trip was planned properly. Unfortunately, alligators were not around during this trip. After agreeing to drop us off at the cruise port at the end of the session, your driver left us a mile from the port. We are in our 70s.Walking to the port carrying our luggage under the hot Florida sun was not a pleasant experience.

Everyone from the Driver, The Air-boat Caption and the Gator Volunteer was Just Awesome! and VERY Kind and Nice! I would def recommend this trip!
