Great service. Picked us up and sropped us off at our hotel. Kids met Paul from gator boys unexpectedly. Was awesome

We registered for this tour through our hotel. The Florida Everglades National Park alligator experience was great, but the bus driver "Al" who was transporting us, took it upon himself to take us to a truck/biker stop for lunch following the tour. This was not included in the tour and we think he received a kick-back from the truck stop. The passengers were irritated as many of us had additional plans for the day but were captive on the bus. Al also continually asked for tips throughout the excursion. Tacky - and almost ruined the experience.

Chose to do this excursion on 7 September on our first full day in Fort Lauderdale. Our tour captain was Dillon and he made the whole thing interesting and fun. Highly recommended!
